“As human beings, our job in life is to help people realize how rare and valuable each one of us really is, that each of us has something that no one else has - or ever will have - something inside that is unique to all time. It’s our job to encourage each other to discover that uniqueness and to provide ways of developing its expression.”

-Mr. Rogers

I’m a compassionate and collaborative therapist who sees the beauty in each person beyond the stories we carry. My practice is rooted in partnership - I listen closely to your concerns, goals, and values, gently guiding the process to align with your unique journey. As an LMFTA, I work from a systemic lens—seeing you within the context of your relationships, culture, and experiences. Together, we’ll explore how your past and environment shape your present, creating meaningful change that ripples through all areas of your life.

I believe that healing happens through connection—with ourselves, others, and the world around us. I’ve personally moved through seasons of hopelessness, disconnection, and grief. These experiences have cemented my belief that everyone is capable of growth and change, no matter how stuck they feel. As a queer therapist, I practice from a place of cultural humility—I never assume I know anyone's story but my own, and I look forward to learning about your experiences to work with you towards your goals.

Are you a young adult figuring out who you are and what you want from life and relationships? An LGBTQ+ couple seeking deeper intimacy or struggling with mismatched desire? Some of my clients are thirty-, forty-, or fifty-somethings navigating transitions—career shifts, breakups, new commitments, or questions of purpose. Others come to therapy feeling disconnected and creatively drained, longing to slow down, feel more alive, and rediscover what brings them joy beyond the endless scroll. If any of this sounds like you or you're wondering if we would be a good match, please reach out!
