“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.”

– Carl Jung

I’m not a sit-back-and-nod therapist. I’m warm, curious, honest, and pretty human in the therapy room. We’ll laugh, go deep, notice the patterns you didn’t realize were patterns, and get curious about the parts of you that learned to survive the way they did.

My approach is systemic, attachment-focused, and deeply personalized. I pull from IFS, EFT, Bowen Family Systems, and other evidence-based approaches, but I care less about forcing you into a model and more about understanding you. We’re not just managing symptoms. We’re getting underneath them, making sense of what’s there, and building a life that feels more connected, grounded, and genuinely yours.

Counseling Focus

I help adults and couples get curious about what’s happening beneath the surface, especially the patterns that keep showing up in relationships, self-worth, and everyday life. My work focuses on anxiety, depression, shame, body image and disordered eating, attachment and relationship struggles, infidelity, identity, and major life transitions. I take a systemic, attachment-focused approach and draw from IFS, EFT, Bowen Family Systems, and other evidence-based models to create therapy that feels personal, practical, and genuinely human.ype here

Client Focus

Adults 18+ and couples. I especially enjoy working with clients who feel stuck in repeating patterns, struggle with anxiety or self-worth, feel disconnected from themselves or others, or are navigating relationship challenges and major life changes. My style tends to be a good fit for people who want therapy that can go deep without feeling overly clinical. There’s plenty of room for curiosity, honesty, humor, and being fully yourself.ype here
