“We are the stories we tell ourselves.”
— Joan Didion

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who believes real change happens in relationship — with ourselves and with the people we love (and sometimes argue with). I work with couples, individuals, and families who feel stuck in familiar patterns, navigating transitions, or simply wanting things to feel lighter and more connected. If you’re tired of having the same conversations on repeat, feeling unseen, or carrying more than your share emotionally — you don’t have to hold that alone anymore.

My approach is collaborative and narrative at heart. Together, we’ll explore the stories that have shaped you — including the family, cultural, and generational threads that still show up today — and gently shift the ones that no longer fit. You are not your worst moment. You are not required to keep repeating inherited patterns. We can honor where you come from while making room for who you are becoming. With couples, I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy to help you move out of frustrating cycles and into stronger emotional safety and connection — less “we’ve had this fight before” and more “I actually feel heard.” Our work focuses on building security, deepening understanding, and creating space for both partners to feel valued, respected, and emotionally safe.

I especially enjoy working with young adults from diverse backgrounds as they clarify their values, explore identity, and learn how to show up authentically in relationships without losing themselves in the process. As a culturally attuned therapist, I recognize that culture, race, gender, faith, and family history shape how we love, cope, protect ourselves, and move through the world. Your lived experience matters here. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and committed to creating a space where all identities and family structures are respected, supported, and welcomed.

Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. It can be thoughtful, honest, and grounding — and sometimes even bring relief or a gentle laugh when it’s needed. Growth can be serious work, but it also deserves warmth, steadiness, and compassion.
If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you step into your next chapter. If you’re ready to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you step into your next chapter. You’re welcome to schedule a free 20-minute video consultation — a simple first step to see if this feels like the right space for you.

Counseling Focus

I work with adults, couples, families, and adolescents who are ready to better understand the relational patterns and inherited stories influencing their lives.
